Site Updates / Re: Cease & Desist Letter
« on: May 11, 2009, 08:50:00 pm »This is great...Square Enix really knows how to stab their fanbase. All they really care about these days is Cashcow Fantasy. (I know plenty of people have probably already said similar things in this vein before me, but it's true, dang it)
And they're so untouchably rich there's probably nothing that can be done.
I feel sick.

Chrono Compendium Discussion / Re: Suggestion about dead projects.
« on: November 01, 2008, 02:27:56 am »I just can't take it anymore. Barring the work of myself, jsondag2, and Chrono'99, no fan project ever given a forum has ever succeeded. I almost imagined setting up Compendium betting pools around how long it would take before a project would fail.
So then you are saying that you do not believe I'll ever finish it, hmm?
Well, as much as I'd like to prove you wrong.....whatever. I've recieved such little support from anyone but MYSELF on the little project, and now I'm hearing things like this....I'm pretty close to just saying screw it. One person with real life issues going on can only do so much. I'll protest the burial of my project no further. *sighs*

Very creative, I must say. Her reaction was probably priceless, heheh.

That reminds me....no one contacted me to tell me my project was being moved to the ol' mountain. I may be busy, but I still plan to get to it eventually...

Nah. No Ice age. Just school.
Sorry guys. I really don't have the time to work on this......for now, anyway.
Think of this as, like, "suspended in time" rather than dead, I dunno.

I would like to inform you all that I am now back on track. Eclipsed Existance is now lending me a hand in event editing, as well as inspired me to continue working on the project. Don't throw this into the mountain, because this project is alive and kicking!

I don't know. It plagued mine for awhile, too. I eventually got over it and learned to live with it.
Als, have you found your CT: DS panties yet? XD

Well, this sure is awkward. I don't want the project to die, but I haven't worked on it in a LONG freaking time. Not only that, but I still have no team members.
Just give me a month or two, and if I can't get the project rolling again, then it's off to the ol' MoW.

I'm touched that there's so much interest in the prokect. I had no idea it had this many supporters. Even if I can't get help, I'll do the best I can.

Well, I found a slightly less old copy. I knew I had a backup somewhere! However, I doubt I could do this whole project on my own. Therefore, I need someone to take the place of Sealed and help me with event coding. I only have basic knowledge of events. However, I have the plot completely planned.

We'll have to see what happens. If sealed truly is gone, then most likely this project will become just another carcass atop Mt. Woe.

Well, unfortunately Sealed has been completely out of contact. If sealed is gone, then tis project's fate is also "sealed" seeing how the copy of the project I had had was lost due to computer problems some time ago.
All I can do at the moment is hope for the best...

General Discussion / Re: Atheism

Fine, then. The "number" pi. That still doen't make any difference to the MEANING of my post. The main point is that Egypt's pyramids give us insight to their past, and are a great architechtual achievement.

Yeah, a neatly made pile of stones that matches up with the equation pi at its foundation, is aligned with the stars, and is made out of stones that even modern technology has difficulty lifting. No matter where you are on the religious spectrum, you simply cannot dismiss the pyramids as worthless. They are among man's seven wonders for a reason!
