Just thought I'd let everyone know this project has been put on hold for a while, right in the middle of redoing my website my laptop decided to have a heart attack, and has been shipped for repairs.

On top of this I've been asked to write a program for money, which is kind of more important to me mostly since I have no official training or certification  8) and I'm starting college in September.

So don't hold your breath for a few weeks....or months.

Would make a good wallpaper imo.

Aww, Im honored =)

Not to impose, but I don't suppose you could make it into a 1280x800 image could you? It looks like shit stretched on my screen =P

S'k if you can't or are too busy

By the way, Satoh, the way I've always imagined the Rainbow shell and Rainbow blade as a sort of oil in water type of prismatic look, too.  So I like the way the blade looks.

WOOT I'm not alone!

I have a few designs for the masamune but I don't quite have the material skills to make them yet... (I still can't get the cyrstal to look.... crystally...)

Honestly I too imagined it to have this kind of oil-spill quality, as a bright multicolored rainbow sword seems kind of...well retarded. But then again if you're smashing someone in the face with it they're not going to argue with you.

EDIT: Actually now that I think about it, if one were to coat a Katana blade with titanium oxide and apply electric currents of various intensity for various durations you could make your own Rainbow Sword.

Well I honestly hadn't originally planned for a SNES9x save editor, but I'll definitely have to do some revision now.

I'll take some time to focus on it now, and I'll keep updates on my site as well as this thread.

Update:It seems SNES9x saves are kind of a pain, which is why I didn't choose to work with them to begin with. They're compressed with gzip and have a special header. More than likely if I do anything it'll eventually be a SNES9x <-> ZSNES savestate converter.

Char's that have met Chrono's Mom and Spekkio's current form should be easily altered, I'll look into finding the values once I get done the giant mass of other features I need to add.

as of right now I'm just working with ZSNES saves, I haven't tested a SNES9x nor have I used it in a long time so I'm not sure, but it's somthing I can look into if the demand is high.

Update:Temporal Displacement does NOT work with SNES9x save states at this time.

I dunno if anyone has interest in anything like this but I'm working on a rather large (or will be anyway) savestate editor
for Chrono Trigger (U) for the SNES.

You can check it out here

There is an alpha release up for download and it might be a little rough, if anyone finds problems I'd appreciate it so I can fix them.

Any suggestions for features, alterations etc. are welcome. It's written in VB 2005.

(suggestions to scrap it and recode it in any other language, or any mocking of VB will be ignored)
