If this is indeed the reptite dimension and if Chrono Cross gets rereleased, it would be awesome if you could find the statues of the heroes in Terra Tower or Fort Dragonea. Especially if it got reactions from Kid and Guile.

Why didn't Lucca leave Robo in 1000 AD to be copied by modern design, then fight Lavos with an army of Robo-esque robots? She could then give each one TTI and remove Robo from the Present time flow and there you go. I know it's changing the present with future technology and they may not have wanted that, but anything to defeat a parasitic being bent on the annihalation of all living things. Plus, they already violated that when they left Robo in 600.

F)I get the feeling they would have said so if he was Crono.

F) Unfortunately, this is the part that really does make Miguel not canonically Crono. HOWEVER, while it certainly shouldn't be put forward as truth in the Encyclopedia, if someone were to say Miguel is Crono in some sort of fan work, I don't think it would really be reaching too far.

Well, They may not have mentioned Crono by name, but Leena seems to be named for Queen Leene, who Marle was mistaken for, or perhaps for the Leene Bell, which is an important place for Marle and Crono.

Yeah. It's hard to care about all of them. In fact, I would like if there was a game about just the Acadian knights. Maybe you start as Glenn and assemble other knights.

20 Years After the Events of Chrono Trigger...! Crono's uses none of his original Techs, doesn't mention who he is or any of that, has a kid w/someone else (4 years after the events of Chrono Trigger), talks waaaaaaaay too much, etc...The only thing I see people saying that there IS a connection is that they physically look similar and that they SUPPOSE Crono would be White innate (even though Lightning Elements in Cross are Yellow innate)...This is as stupid as Serge being Crono's granddad, if you ask me...It has as much credibility as the Sage of Marbule being Crono.

Guile originally intended to be Magus is largely supported by the fact that THEY'VE SAID THIS PUBLICLY~!!! *shock*

His speech could actually help his argument. He talks about what Lucca talks about... "A future we don't make is a future eliminated..."

Could it be that Lucca and Crono talked this over before they spit up?

I really don't know why people like Halo 3 that much. I still prefer the first one. And Halo 4 is about 100% not on the PS3(but you know, FFXIII anyone?), but remember the people who made Halo left Bungie. Maybe they are making a game for the PS3.

The people who made Halo didn't leave Bungie, but Bungie left Microsoft. At least that's what I heard.

Yeah, my comment wasn't really about you specifically, but your comment just reminded me of people that say that sort of thing as if 3D couldn't possibly make something 2D better and that 'nostalgia' is some great factor that makes things good.

Oh, okay. Yeah, a lot of people do have that kind of nostalgia complex. It's incredibly common to go onto a forum to hear people complaining about how things aren't as good as they used to be, and how their series has lost its "nostalgia". Depressingly common.

Though I'm totally against people who say "I like 2D because it has it's charm to it"...You're living in a nostalgic fog.

That's not really what I meant. I'm just saying that all current 3D models I've seen are inferior to the official artwork IMO. If they wanted to upgrade it from 16 bit, I'd be all for it.

Still, Magus wasn't raised in 600AD. But I suppose I can see where you're coming from. I still don't think he belongs there either way.

Robo states that there used to be humans around him the last time he was activated. If he was active after the day of Lavos, that probably means something attacked the dome, killing the humans and shutting off Robo. His behavior didn't seem to indicate this, though.

I chose fewer characters. There's no way anybody can possibly care about all 46 of them. I'd much MUCH prefer like, I dunno, 15-25, and even THAT'S a little outrageous.

However, my personal option wasn't in there. I'd keep them all in and gladly inject some more if it meant none of the main CT characters died.

I voted for Schala. If Johnny was on there, I would have voted for him. I know there's an other option but...

That's not to say any of the other characters listed in this thread or elsewhere wouldn't be cool, these guys are just so awesome in my opinion.

Real quickly, let me explain my choice of Johnny. I think he would be cool because we have at least one person from each timeline except 2300.
65,000,000 BC - Ayla
12,000 BC - Magus
600 AD - Frog
1,000 AD - Crono, Lucca, Marle
1,999 AD - Robo
2,300 AD - None.

Robo, 1999? Well, he has not been online since the apocalypse, so everything in 2300 is new to him. Saying that he belongs to 2300 is like saying Magus belongs to 600 AD or a guru belongs to his area. Sure, they may have spent time in that era, but time skipped for them, whether literally or mentally. The only guys who don't fight you from 2300 are Johnny, his robot pals, the dystopic humans, Balthazar and his robotic Nu. Everything else either wants you terminated or wants to eat your brains.
