I heard about the Dragonball movie ages ago and I refused to believe it's existence. I mean, seriously, Hollywood hasn't stooped THAT low has it? And more and more information crept along and I had to face the facts: It's REAL and it's going to SUCK. I mean the soul-crushing kind of suck that makes you want to question your sense of reality. It's not like I had any hopes or expectations for this garbage.
You couldn't get me into the theater to see this tripe. Mind you, this is coming from a guy who owns Ninja Terminator and Beast of Yucca Flats on DVD. Hell, I saw Quarantine in the theater for a LAUGH (I came out gagging on my own bile though. I hated that movie.) I appreciate schlock media, as you can tell.
This definitely one of those movies where you think to yourself, "Who green-lights this crap?" This should have never have been made, right along side The Karate Kid (now named The Kung Fu Kid) remake that's coming down the pipe.

Also, this was one of the worst things I can recall from my childhood. I remember Ironsword: Wizards and Warriors 2, and though it was gaming gold back in the day. However, I played it again and remembered nothing but PAIN. I also found this playthrough of the final boss and...well..let's just say it was PAIN.

I bring news from the fallen one. I was just asked to post this on his behalf, so I figured why the hell not?
He just wants everyone to know that he is NOT intending to rejoin the Compendium under a new account or what have you. And he would also like to remind Ramsus that a Ban is PERMANENT. I quote, "if you had meant to let me come back, you could have just Suspended my account if I absolutely HAD to leave. Now, if that's how the admin system works, then disregard the reminder and what I have just said. I figured the forum system ran similar to a ProBoards site, which I know can enact temporary bans (the Suspensions I mentioned)."
He wanted to write more, but opted against it due to space. In conclusion, all Shadow says is:
"Don't you worry, I'm gone for good. I know when I'm not welcome somewhere."
I would appreciate if everyone refrained from taking pot shots at yours truly. I'm simply delivering a final message from the guy. Merry Christmas.

Since this is the frustration thread, I'm going to say what's frustrating the hell out me: managing people that don't do a damn thing when they work. It's a rather simple thing and it cannot be escaped no matter what the job, but it still drives me nuts nonetheless. Maybe because I work myself to the bone constantly. It makes you appreciate the people that do get off their butts and show initiative.
All part of the crap I signed up for when I took the job.

I've been watching this thread for a long while now, and I have to say what's happening here is AWESOME. Like I said in a comment for Justin's vids: This should have been in CTDS. Freakin Epic, guys. Everyone who contributed deserves a medal of somekind. Kudos.
DD is rapidly becoming one of my favorite bosses, and I love redesign. In fact, I'll say it again, THAT should have been in CTDS. Anyways, I was thinking this for the DD fight.

It's the final boss fight from Megaman X5. It's starts off pretty menacing and then it just picks up, like you realize what exactly you're in for: a dreadful battle. It's exactly what I felt when I first fought DD.

I'm situated by at least 8 pizza places. One my family and I have ordered from for years is named Obbie's. Oh man, Obbie's just rocks. It's just a little delivery place, no dine-ins, but good lord do they have some good pie at good prices.
Another little joint I order from all the time is called Villa Rosa. Now, they have a restaurant inside and they deliver. Their pizza is pretty good, but their other selections are WAAY better. Mmmm. I might order from them right now.
