Right well it's been over 10 years since Illast completed this game.

This time round though I'm stuck!

I'm sure I've done everything right up until now,

I've been on the Zelbless, I've beat Janice, beat the sage,
I've got sneff, I've got Irenes

I've got to the bend of time and now onto Herman's hideout right?

Radius jsnt there... No matter what Itry and do or where i go,

Neither is the resistance ring or the Suit?

I've gotta get the Garaia moment iIbelieve but iI can't... Please help

It has been many years since my last playthrough as well, so I may be misremembering the sequence of events, but have you been to Death's Door and encountered the corrupted Masamune yet? You may have to trigger a conversation there to learn about the Einlanzer and the Isle of the Damned.
