I am SO glad I was looking at the wrong page.  I deleted my cookies and cache and got the new.  I didn't want to say anything too terrible but in reality I hated what I was seeing.  The new one looks great guys.

No working layout should ever look like that. Anyway, firefox seems to like caching the CSS for extended periods of time, so I'll have to do a few things to ensure everyone starts seeing the correct layout without having to clear their cache.

it looks strange with that colour backround... its too bright.

it would be nice if you choose a style for the main page like how you can choose what style you want the forums to appear in.

the new layout is good though.

I like the new new one but there seems to be some issue with the Encyclopedia part of the site (screenshot).

I've been making minor changes since yesterday, so if you see a problem, try clearing your cache to make sure you're not seeing the page with partially cached images, CSS or HTML.
