i was wanderin if you could recruit cyrus, i know i had it on a walkthrough that i printed out like 7 years ago but i dont know where that is

does anyone know if you can get cyrus if you can how?

Neither can be done. I'm not sure which you speak of that you never knew of, for all those you can recruit are neccessary, save for Magus. There are only the six, plus him, and no more, though rumours and looking at the code have turned up evidence that at one very early stage Toma and Schala might, perhaps, have been intended as playable characters. And as far as gold points... I've never even heard of them.

Those were jokes, to be sure. People think that flying in a square around the Sun Keep 100 times in 1000 A.D. would completly break down the coding of the game and make something that's locked and far far away in a non-existing or unfound debug room. Plus the fact that the pre-release is kind of proff Gasper was meant to be the 8th chraracter. Though seven is more of an holy number.

First beat the game the regular way.

Start a new game+ and beat Lavos solo (only with Crono) using a mop as a weapon.

Start a new game+ again.
Now go to the Millennial Fair.
Your goal is to earn 1,000,000 Golden Points.

darn i wanted to get cyrus, some cut scene is supposedly happen when frog jumps through the scence before cyrus get killed by magus outside the cave of the masamune

I've no idea what you meant by this. Frog jumps scence? What's a scenence? A scene, or a sentence...? Both don't happan, as far as I know...

Listen, all those talks about secret characters in the finished NA version of the game are lies and jokes. The only hidden character was in the pre-release, and that was Gasper. There is no way to get anyone else. Pay these things no heed, my friend. They are there soley to amuse, and to see how much time you have on your hands to actually pull these things off.

o dear god, surely he is talking about frog somehow magicing his way into the moment cryrus is about to be killed (in a way like when they save crono), he screams cyrus as he leaps into cyrus and grabs him before his time in that zone is up and takes cyrus with him, surely thats what ure on about?

haha yea thats what im gettin at, i saw it on this online guide allllllllllllllong time ago so i forgot the link and stuff too bad its not true

- you cannot get 1,000,000 Gold "points", the limit is 999,999
- you cannot play as Cyrus, Schala, Toma, Gaspar etc.
- There is no hidden cutscene/code/secret/whatever

ACTUALLY, there's NO limit to GOLD "points" seeing as there ARE NONE in CT...It's Silver Points, as was said earlier in the thread...

Plus, it was supposed to be a joke...it was just really stupid and...not funny as many e-jokes are (and much e-humor is)...
