Cannot extract Disc 2's Files with Terminus Translation Tools

I'm trying to extract the contents of Chrono Cross's Disc 2 using the Terminus Tools, and when I run Dump_Main, it says "Impossible to extract room" (or something like that) and doesn't output anything.  Has anyone successfully extracted the files from Disc 2 using these tools?

Never mind, I figured it out.  You have to copy Disc 1's files to Disc 2's folders to make Disc 2's programs to extract the new rooms.

Edit: Actually, it's looking for the empty folders from Disc 1's part of the zip file.  For some reason, they weren't created for Disc 2's part of the zip file.
