Terra Tower > Dinopolis

Is it ever explicitly stated why Terra Tower reverted to Dinopolis after the Lunar Dragon was defeated?

Maybe the Dragon was its power source?  I dunno.  Though I'm surprised it's even still halfway intact.  Must be some hella good magic the Reptites got going on there -- there's a reason we switched to steel, after all.

Dinopolis was Sky Dragon Isle. The city was basically under water, but rose after the Dragons merged. Then the tower was formed on top of the city.

I hereby revive this topic.

My theory is that the nature of Dinopolis ensured it had several links with the Dragon God (since the Dragon God was stationed there originally). The Dragon God utilized it to achieve its own ends; appropriately, Dinopolis reflected the state of the Dragon God -- bitterness and manipulation from the Time Devourer, which had long consumed the beast. Once the Dragon God was defeated, Dinopolis was freed from the negative influence and reverted to its original form. This theory is tenuous because it assumes that Dinopolis is some kind of organic entity in itself.

That is quite possible. Well, Terra Tower seems to have grown only after their merger, but mighten that mean that the Tower was always there, and was just initiated because that is where from the Dragon God reigned in the Reptite Dimension?

I myself want to know who this "prisoner" is (as in the face in Terra Tower). It doesn't seem like Belthasar to be a prisoner. It could in sence be Harle since she is a prisoner, or the true soul of the Dragon God if it was sealed in the Tower or a part of it's soul is the tower.

The Terra Tower's form after the Dragon God's defeat doesn't seem to be its "original" form, it really is a new form. In the picture showing Dinopolis in the Reptite Dimension (i.e. when it has no connection to the Time Devourer yet), the tower appears exactly like it is when it's connected to the Time Devourer (with no head and no pointy feathers on the wings). According to the theory it should have been like it is after the defeat of the "Time Devourer" Dragon God, but it's not.
