Who did you defeat Lavos with the 1st Time?

I used Crono, Frog, and Magus to beat Lavos the first time.... What? They are my favorite characters.

CC, it was Serge, Glenn, and.... Pierre(What? I was wondering if I could stand use him for about every boss battle.... and I did. )

Course, I just used the Chrono Cross... Oh well. >_>

Why would you use Mega elixers with Crono, Robo, and Ayla? Robo has a three party heal, and Ayla has kiss for desperate situations. I usually use Triple Kick, Confuse, or Uzzi Punch on the left bit, then foucus on the middle bit until the right bit turns its power off. The once the right bit turns its power off, I do Volt Bite and Shock.

I make sure to have the Prism Dress on Ayla, Safe Helm on Crono, Crisis Arm (Not Terra!) and Haste Helm on Robo. Those items basically garuntee ultimate victory.

In Cross, I often used Serge, Glenn, and Grobyc.

don't remember at all nor CT nor CC i only remember that the first time i finished CT i didn't revive crono hahahaha it was kinda sad to see that ending when u see only crono's shadow and marle going to it (or sumthin like it)

and the first time i beat CC i'm almost certain it was with serge(duh) and kid, the 3rd member i cant remember at all :/

For Chrono Cross, it was Serge, Kid, and Riddel, but now Serge, Kid, and Glenn = for the win, baby!

My party was: Crono, Frog, and Ayla. Crono kept using Luminaire,X-Strike with Frog, Falcon hit with Ayla, and 3-D attack as a group. Frog was the healer along with Ayla using Slurp Kiss, but an attacker along with Ayla using Drop Kick (which did more than 3-D attack!).

But in Cross I used Serge, Kid, and Gleen.

Wow...seems like more people use triple techs than I thought. I pretty much never used them after getting Luminaire, Flare etc. and thought I was in the norm.

Luminaire is my favorite spell ever. With the Gold Stud, I didn't need anything else, except a nice case of Antipode. I think I used Crono, Marle and Ayla my first time, after that I've pretty much used Crono, Marle and Lucca unless I wanted to see what other characters said.

Antipode and Fire/Ice swords 1 + 2 were the latest double techs I actually used on a common basis...after that, I found it just not worth the effort.

I used Crono, Magus , and Marle my first time.  Single techs worked fine.
As for Cross, I used Serge, Kid, and Karsh.  Just a fine time all around.

CT its all about Chrono, Marle, and Ayla FTW.



Chrono+Ayla for Falcon hit on the last two forms (for some reason it does full damage against the high defense one, I guess its magically both a physical and a magical attack.. whee), Marle for Haste and Aura Whirl (when needed, which is rarely) then when you knock out the two pieces (which takes all of 3 hits or so) you continously triple tech the final one... boom, done in less than 3 or 4 minutes usually
