Can you Rotate Tiles in Temporal flux? If so how?

Select a tile with right click and it will appear in the tile box.  Use the Flip Horizontal / Vertical options to rotate it.  Because one regular tile is made up of 4 subtiles, you will need to use the Quadrant drop down box to rotate each subtile in order to rotate the tile as a whole.

Not really, no.  You could flip it upside down, but you could not do a 90 degree rotation.
