I'd say the choice lies between the first two options, Zeality. I'd go with the second one, if I were you, as boring as it sounds. Maybe do both, and after being an accountant for a while until you're kids are grown and gone, then switch it over and travel around with your wife. I bet she'd love that
As for me, I'd LOVE to go into recording studios. Well, if I didn't become a member of a successful rock band, but I may end up getting stuck in some kind of computer engineering...god, computers scare the shit outta me, no matter how much I love 'em.
