I recieved a phone call yesterday about a Gallup Poll.
There were three questions and then an ordeal of other information about becoming some sort of member to this new survey thing.
1) Do you think GWB is doing a good job in office?
2) Do think the idea of going to war in Iraq was a good thing?
3) Do you think there will be a terrorist attack in the next 2 weeks?
My reponses were Yes-Yes-No and after more discussion I was made an "Ambassador" of this new survey society thing from the caller, that's taking affect right now. I don't know if any of you have recieved a phone call about this yet or ever will, but you would be asked some important, non-essential, and silly questions as you undergo a 10 minute phone call involving various random questions like what kind of internet connection and how many cell phones per person in the household. Of course you don't have to answer every question and I am sure you have all had past experience with callers like this. I am getting some sort of thing in the mail because of it (I had to because I could here this guys manager behind him telling the n00b exactly what to say) so I can spread the word. All of this took place while I was watching a Star Trek Voyager episode, particularly the one with the Prometheus.
The questions did have just a little more meat to them, however, if you were to sum the sentence up, they come out to that. I felt as if the questions were loaded, but I didn't care. I simply answered them.
What are your reactions and reponses to just those 3 questions selected by this group of people? Why those questions? Take this mini Q/A and post it.
