m'kay, so I was playing kingdom hearts 2 today from the very beginning when I started to notice this.
Namine' and Roxas = Schala and Serge.
before you get on my ass about this just pay attention for a while.
Both namine and Schala are designed in similiar fashions: blonde hair blue eyes, single piece white dresses.
Both were used, and used by, others who to shift the tide of the game in their favor. (schala =TD Namine= DiZ/orginization 13)
Both fell for the main character of the story (or in roxas/namine's case, became attached to the other by default of their true selves being attached.)
And this is the kicker: during the "tutorial" stages of KH 2 Namine says something akin to Schala's speech. infact, it paraphases Schala's words to Serge: "You may not know its me, and I may not know its you, but we'll met again, I promise!" granted, Schala's was more poetic, but run that against Schala's ending journal words, and you see what I mean.
As for Serge/ Roxas:
1.) was manipulated by others for their own gains from people (roxas = DiZ Serge= lynx.)
2.) Both are trying to discover what happened to them, and why the strange events around them are unfolding.
3.) both are affected by events in their pasts.
4.) SPOILERboth were never ment to exist in reality.
5.) Both fought to regain a missing piece of themselves. (roxas= other half of self. Serge= his standing as Serge in reality.)
6.) Both of their manipulators were actually good guys at some point before the events. (DiZ regained his good guy status, and we all knew what Lynx was actually trying to do.)
7.) Both were lead deeper into events by pretty young (and 16.) blonde girls.
