Creation of a website

I'm creating a website to show the RPG I'm creating, but I want it to a fully-fledged site, not just a bunch of forums. Can anyone recommend something that requires no HTML experience, and can be downloaded freely?

MediaWiki is what the Compendium encyclopedia uses. The site will look like Wikipedia unless you customize (like Memory Alpha, the ST wiki or like Ramsus's use here with Python), but it at least is a fully supported project with a hell of a lot of utility.
