To sum it up quickly, the kid's mom got the cops on him for opening a Christmas present early. Alright, it doesn't sound serious, but he has apparently stolen before. The whole thing is a little odd, but just read and see for yourself.

Sounds more like an example of bad parenting to me. NOBODY should have to resort to calling the police over something this trivial if you ask me.

His history aside, I'm willing to bet his mother gave up on him too easily. :|

Wow this is very odd haha wow it says that kid also punched a police officer ....wtf and he wants a game boy for Christmas. Im glad his mom called....but i would never open a gift early i did it once when i was like 7 and my mom took it away for good  = ( i found out 1 year later it was a Nintendo 64  [thats when i got it back] .
