Pointing out some possible corrections on timelines.

LAVOS TIMELINE

Quote
*Melchior forges the Masamune from Dreamstone and his dreams.
Melchior forged the Red Knife, not the Masamune. Probably himself or someone else later stabbed the knife unto the Mammon Machine, making it become the Masamune.

Problem is also present on another timelines in a more oxymoronic way (in Keystone T-1, first it says Melchior forged the Masamune, and some lines below it explains how Crono made the Red Knife become the Masamune).

Quote
-Lavos (or more likely, the Entity) creates gates that send Belthasar to
2300 A.D., Melchior to 1000 A.D., Gaspar to the End of Time, and Janus to
600 A.D.
Circa 2300 A.D., circa 1000 A.D., Circa 600 A.D., just a small detail but completely changes the idea.

Also present in another timelines.

Quote
-Queen Leene marries into the Guardia royal family.
Isn't this assuming too much knowledge on the Guardia line? We don't know if the Guardia surname is carried by males or females, or if they share it via separated generations incest. After all, it was Crono who married into the Guardia line, not Marle. See the connection?

Yep, problem also present in other timelines.

KEYSTONE T-1

Quote
*Magus warps in from 600 A.D. and becomes a false prophet, hoping to gain
revenge on Lavos. He advises Queen Zeal that Crono's party may possibly
show up, and also tells her to get rid of the three Gurus. However,
despite them not being warped in the Ocean Palace disaster as originally
happened, they are still preserved within their timelines (Belthasar in
2300, Melchior in 1000, Gaspar in End of Time, Janus in 600 AD) due to
Time Traveler's Immunity.***

Is this saying that the Gurus and Janus weren't time warped in Keystone T-1? If so, where is evidence of that? There is time after you go out of the Ocean Palace, there is all that time while you are passed out at last village, there is all the time until the Ocean Palace rises. There is plenty of times for the Gurus and Janus to confront Zeal and get gated in time. It could even happen right when Magus is telling you about it at North Cape.

This is more weird seeing the next action in timeline is marked with a "-", meaning the following event definately happened after the previous one:

Quote
-Melchior is locked up on the Mountain of Woe.
So this is saying, Melchior didn't got warped in time, and instead locked up on Mountain of Woe? That really makes no sense, because by the date Melchior was locked up at Mt. Woe, Lavos hadn't even awakened, heck, Ocean Palace wasn't finished. And we know that he got warped to 1000 A.D. right in front of Lavos, and not before. So, this order of events is flawed. Check it up twice.

Quote
-At the Darkness Beyond Time, the defeated Lavos fuses with Schala to begin
the initial stages of transformation into the Time Devourer.
-Half of Schala's mind becomes set on destroying the world, while the other
half wishes to save the universe and herself.
Ugh, this just seems really out of place for me. It's talking about the Darkness Beyond Time... in 12,000 B.C. ... shouldn't that be just left apart? Besides, if I understand correctly, Lavos doesn't go to the Darkness Beyond Time until you kill him in his Pocket Dimension, which is also totally apart from 12,000 B.C.

Besides, it comes up again just a feeeew lines below:

Quote
-The defeated Lavos presumably finds itself in the Darkness Beyond TIme and
begins merging with Schala, who came in from the Ocean Palace.
Now it actually looks nice in there. No complain. But I feel the first one out of place.

I have more notes but right now I have classes <.< so, I'll get to type down the rest while someone answers these. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Melchior forged the Red Knife, not the Masamune.

I'll change Keystone T-1 and on, but in the original timeline, the theory is that he had time to finish the Masamune because he was not sent to Mt. Woe.

Quote
[Young Woman]
   Ten-odd years......
   She is youthful even now.

But it seems like she's become even younger
   since she came back......

Woolsey interpreted this to mean that Leene married into the family ten years ago in the NA translation, and KWhazit also had that suspicion.

Concerning the Gurus, we see their warps as an occurrence of the Lavos timeline as recalled by Magus, whose origins lie in that timeline. The village elder definitely witnesses Janus and Melchior disappear into a black gate while beginning to make their way to the Ocean Palace, and I sincerely doubt the village elder went down there. Plus, Lavos has already awakened before the Gurus could go down to peaceable observe the ceremony; it didn't wake up in the Lavos timeline until they were present. Finally, Melchior would have had a very hostile attitude towards the process, and so would the others; they would have tried to stop the entire thing from happening. But in the Lavos timeline, they are part of the ceremony in a normal fashion; unused lines even suggest Queen Zeal was trying to allay their fears. For this reason, we know that Magus's memory is how things happened in the Lavos timeline only, and that the Gurus were preserved in time (the black gates the elder saw) by some action or effect, now recognized as the Time Bastard theory.

How Lavos merged with Schala is under review now that the Pocket Dimension theory has been found to be seriously flawed, so that's all in flux.
