Temporal Flux tutorial?

Hehe, it's all basically gibberish. I tried to play around with the overworld, but I could only edit the layer above the islands and sea, like ice floes in 20,000 BC and trees and stuff, and I'm kinda afraid to play around with the rooms right now.

Help?
