Chrono Compendium wiki is down.

Does anyone know why and what this message means? 

"Sorry! The wiki is experiencing some technical difficulties, and cannot contact the database server.
User ramsus_ccwiki already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections"

Does that mean too many people on it? At least that's what I get out of it.

That's actually exactly what it means. I guess, it's time to check traffic logs...

Hmm, nothing out of the ordinary, so someone else with the same shared hosting server probably had a traffic spike.

Nope. Rather, someone else using the same hosting service we do (and thus, some of the same servers) probably had more traffic today.
