Minor update

This is mostly just a test. We've been getting more traffic lately, so I added some caching features to parts of the site. Now everything should be running faster and there shouldn't be any more database connection issues.

I noticed that the encyclopedia has been loading consistently fast since you did that Ramsus, so thanks!
