But you made a good point man, the Dragon Tank does have some magic abilities...I'm positive that Yakra didn't just promote using the tank, he designed the Dragon himself--Mystics knew magic and with Guardia's resources, Yakra was able to design a machine that utilized both magic and technology. Yakra XIII proved to be more cunning than his predecessor; he abused his authority as the Chancellor, he had Mystics run the dungeon, and also strayed the relationship between Marle and her father...what's to stop him from designing a tank that gives him the edge over basically anyone that comes in his way?
