Oh, I just recall something.

Terra Tower/星の塔, the name sometimes is translated as Tower of Stars or Star Tower.
 
Yeah, usually 星 means star, but maybe here it means the planet, like in Final Fantasy VII, 星の命 means the planet's life or fate.
If so, Terra Tower is a suitable translation.

Hmm, I don't know whether they have an official English name for this song(if so, I have nothing to say)
If there's no context, Tower of Stars has no problem at all.

But since 星の塔 is translated as Terra Tower in game, I think it is not a bad idea to use this translation.
