Empty downloads?

I regularly use both, and I prefer Windows. But I don't harbor any bad feelings for Mac. It's not so bad once you get used to it.

Enlong: Yo, I'm a Mac user too. I have some suggestions for you...
1. So you know, unzipping is native with Mac. The latest version of OS X even lets you compress to zip (when you right-click one or more files and choose "Compress"). I suppose it's possible that maybe the patch's zip doesn't like OS X's unzipping. If you want to rule that out, try downloading "The Unarchiver". It's a free and open source app that can unzip any file compression format (zip, rar, sit, 7zip, etc.). You can grab it from this site, which lists all the best free software on Mac.
2. Try using "UIPS" to patch. I have it on the bottom of my patching guide.
3. The Mac version of Snes9X has an auto-patching feature. Make sure both the ROM and the patch have the same filename (but don't change their file extension) and move the patch over to the IPS folder.
4. If all else fails, try going to the experts for help - the MacScene forum. It's the #1 website for video game emulation on Macs.

I'm curious, what did you do to make it work? Was it just from downloading the patch from idioticidioms's e-mail?
