In the instruction book, Ayla is holding the club with her right hand.

She is also the only organic member of the party who can't use magic. Surprise, surprise.

i remember Link in legend of zelda holds his sword in his left hand

Not that this has any relevance now, but Miyamoto is actually ambidextrous.  This is stated in his bio in the Ocarina of Time guide from Nintendo.

I don't think you can use that picture of Magus to state his...handedness...I mean, it's more of a pose than anything...It's not like he's actually using the scythe in the pic, i mean...Also, he wears earrings in both ears.

Drag? Lol.

I like the thought of Janus better, in the little clips in the PSX version of CT, Magus and Janus look uber cool. Magus looks like Vegeta with the Kai's earrings x.x Suprise, suprise... Akira Toriyama ^.^ It'd be cool if Bill Gate's son was a Chrono fan and payed Square Enix 600million to make Chrono Break. If I was a spoiled brat (Well I am but not in the millions >.>) I would soo spend daddies cash lol.

As I've said many times before, the anime cut scenes weren't actually done by Akira Toriyama. And I'm more than fairly sure that Magus' earrings were changed too...Stupid Akira underlings! JOO SHALL PAY! They look perfectly fine pre-anime cut scenes (if not better). I mainly hate what they did with Glenn...He was so cool with the long green hair! So...BITCHIN!

Even still, I hate the Magus portrait, it makes him look so ancient.

Ah, but that sorcerer is indeed very ancient in lineage and, moreover, while his years might not be more than, say thirty, he's suffered the length of his lifetime. That is bound to leave its mark on a man, and age him beyond his years. I always thought that Janus looked morose and sullen, the epitome of melencholy; the appearance of being aged comes from this.
Personally, though, I've never much liked that style of anime as it is, though I am quite a bit more partial to the older portrait rendering of Janus.

Well, the Magus sprite doesn't even look like the artworks made by Toriyama (the colors), so that's not the first time there are discrepancies...

As for Glenn, maybe he got long hair when Frog reverted to the human form but is supposed to cut them later some times after the SNES ending.

Wasn't the only real difference the color of his cape? And I think that was done mainly because of color clashing in sprite-world...w/e though...Almost no SNES sprite looks like the character designs, but Chrono Trigger got it the most on par. So no complaints there...But when you actually convert artwork to animation, it seems like you should be able to more accurately translate the images...To me, it was practically sacriligious to change the awesomeness of Magus...I mean, that's like turning Lavos into a hedgehog or something...

And I don't buy that 'he cut his hair later' bit...The way I see it, he could have cut his hair easy no matter what was going on. I liked it stylistically, but I also liked how it kind of mimicked (sp?) Magus' own long hair...only GLENN'D UP!
