Any good cameras for recording CT

Well I want to record myself playing chrono trigger to put on youtube much like the guys who already do it on there.

Anyway, what downloadable camera would be good for recording right off the computer. I have tried camstudio, but the quality is just plain bad and it doesn't record the sound.

Yes, I have done it with both Snes9x and ZSNES.

ZSNES is a snap to record with: you'll need the LAME MP3 encoder and the mencoder AVI encoder in the same folder as ZSNES.

However, newer versions of SNES9x are much more easy to record with. IIRC, no external executables like LAME and mencoder are even necessary.
