When did the Ocean Palace Incident happen in that timeline?

Mmh, which timeline? The party members don't actually affect the Dark Ages much in these videos, apart from making Zeal remove the Masamune in 11,995 B.C.

12,001 B.C. - The king has just died and construction of the Ocean Palace begins. The party arrives here to retrieve some documents by Belthasar.
12,000 B.C. - The Ocean Palace is destroyed (the Black Omen rises but falls back into the sea).
11,995 B.C. - Magus faces Dalton. The party explores the ruins of the Ocean Palace.

Ahh, I see.
I thought the incident happened around 11995 B.C. in the video because Magus met Shala there.

Yeah, I must have missed some dialogue. Thanks.
 But  the video really didn't make me think the incident actually happened 5 years before, when Magus met Shala, it was like the scene was fozen in time.

11,995 B.C. - Magus faces Dalton. The party explores the ruins of the Ocean Palace.

12,000 B.C. - The Ocean Palace is destroyed (the Black Omen rises but falls back into the sea).

12,001 B.C. - The king has just died and construction of the Ocean Palace begins. The party arrives here to retrieve some documents by Belthasar.

So...The Ocean Palace is destroyed a year before construction begins and it's already destroyed six years before it's built? In this case...

11,995 B.C. - Palace is ruined

12,000 B.C - Palace is destroyed and somehow becomes ruins a year earlier...?

12,001 B.C - Palace is built...after being destroyed and becoming ruins...

Say what? Run that by me again?

Katie Skyye, the CE team is assuming that the B.C. time scale in Chrono Trigger runs like it does in the Gregorian Calendar: when you're in B.C., you're counting backward, not forward. Thus, 11,995BC is 5 years after the events of Chrono Trigger and 1005AD is 5 years after the events in Chrono Trigger.

And that's the safest assumption of all time, if you look at the clock in the original game (65,000,000 BC -> 12,000 BC -> 600 AD -> 1000 AD -> 1999 AD -> 2300 AD -> end of time).
