can someone tell me where I can find offical radical dreamers art or if there even is any?

The game comes with several backgrounds, but there isn't any concept or official art beyond what Square did for Chrono Cross. The backgrounds are also very dark. On the plus side is the graphic of the Frozen Flame; you can find that in the Avatar section of the Compendium (It's not in the Encyclopedia yet).

We should totally get the pic of the end with the trio on the ledge with all the birdies flying by...That was pretty cool...It would make a good banner or maybe a background or something if tweaked a lil...
