Forum errors

I'm getting a ton of errors, such as:

<b>Warning</b>:  memcache_connect() [<a href='function.memcache-connect'>function.memcache-connect</a>]: Can't connect to localhost:247666, Connection refused (111) in <b>/home/ccuser/webapps/htdocs/Forums/Sources/Load.php</b> on line <b>2194</b><br />

I get full page errors of this junk and have to press back and reload the page everytime and it's overlapping the pages as it is.

Yeah, it's a problem for everybody at the moment, and Ramsus is MIA. I get an error message on every post I make, and on every page I load. Some people can't even log in to their accounts. Until Ramsus shows up, these forums are on the rocks. =/

Is Ramsus the only one with sufficient access to reset the memcache daemon?
