I just applied for the Cultural Ambassador position at work. It's a fun job, you get to do all the catering for meetings and training classes, speak to new training classes, work on incentive programs for the call center... things like that. It's an 18 month job and I bet I could use some of my art skills too. While I'm not banking on getting it, it would be cool if I did! I know I'd get paid more too which would be a plus. One thing I had to do is have 3 work references and they all thought I'm a shoe-in for it. Of course, I think someone more qualified than me will get it. I don't know, maybe I don't give myself enough credit sometimes. We shall see!
