Sky Dragon/Dead Sea

As we know Sky Dragon saved Serge when Fate was about to destroy the Dead Sea. So did she just enter the gate to Leene's Square? It is unlikely since the dragon reached Serge from the sky. Further more, Serge fought Sky Dragon later in another world and a CG also showed Sky Dragon flew in the night sky above Viper Manor. So the Dragon Gods hadthe ability to across dimensions even before Fate died?

Perhaps since there seems to exist only one version of each dragon the dragon gods are a "missing piece" like Serge is and are able to cross dimensions in much the same way he is.

If the Dragon Gods had the power to cross dimensions the entire time, why didn't they just hang out in Home World (where FATE is nonexistent), unite into their complete form, and wreak havoc on humanity?

I remember reading somewhere stating the dragons could transcend time, space, and dimensions. I can't seem to find it again so I wouldn't take this for granted yet. But considering how the Black Dragon could affect HW despite being in AW, I wouldn't rule it out completely.

But, I'd assume they can at least just between HW and AW due to the special nature of the split and all that.
