Wait, where in any of the games does it say that Mario & Luigi are from New York?

Also, so many heroes are in New York because it's a diverse place...and it's where a lot of publishing goes on...so writers are there and it made for easy writing to just write in local areas...at least, that's what I've heard on Stan Lee's end...It's an easy place for lots of people (in America) to relate to, being the cultural icon of the "big city/apple".

Avengers: West Coast just doesn't (uh-hem...didn't) work.

American made (& not to mention produced) game movies hardly count (especially when they suck it up so bad)...And I'm also highly suspicious of the NA game manuals as well...What about the Japanese manuals?

Oh, I didn't pray for mine, they were sent out of spite. See, they work against me about as often as they work for me, so I'm still back at square one. And did you pray at the Wall, or just in the city?

The Wall. I prayed in my heart (Not on my knees... Well, I WAS eight years-old) and putted a little note in the wall where I asked that our financial problems will be solved. I'm still waiting from God to get around to reading that one... It's been almost eight years!

Yeah, but there's hardly a storyline at all in most of the Mario games...It's just..."You're a plumber who shoots fireballs out of your nose and you've got to save the Princess...but she's in another castle right now...thanks for helpin out the toadstools though."
