Your mission: pair down the Chrono Cross cast list to remove the dead weight. You can remove characters you think are completely irrelevant to the perspective of the main characters or add ones that might have actually been interesting to play.
I tried making it a little more like Trigger, keeping an innate for each color and adding an optional character in the vein of Magus.

Harle/Lynx - black (while they're relevant)
