Chrono Cross Brazillian Portuguese (pt-br) Translation Released

Yesterday (August 15th, 2015) Games Live team release a patch that translates Chrono Cross into Brazilian Portuguese.

The team took approximately 8 years to fully translate the game, including cinematics and other details, like Home World, Another World, etc.

The link to the translation is below. The patch can be applied to the ISO of the USA version of the game ( [SLUS-01041] CD1 and [SLUS-01080] CD2) with the program Delta Patcher 2.0 Lite.
