is there a reason that you cant go beyond 999 hp

o well. So does enyone have a brief note on how Much Hp Lavos has and What level you must be to Do good dmg on his 2nd form Inside

Cart limits? On the other hand, with most PSX/2 RPGs the cap is 9999.

I normally hear that it's "Hit Points"...but, w/e works...

I always thought it was Hawt Points. Of course, in retrospect, that makes no sense half the time. But the other half...

Tut, tut! Let us not forget that RPGs have fans from every gender. You've got to cater to the full market demographic.

Now that I think about it, no wonder Schala was so resilient against Lavos' power...  She must have had a *TON* of HP :lol:

Reminded me of a fanfic I saw that had a Lavos/Schala pairing  :shock: .

I'm 99% sure it IS Hit Points, but in some games they use the term Health Points and sometimes even Heart Points (Paper Mario i think)

Most likely because the game developers took the term of HP to a point where they make it seem like HP represents your general health and muscle, which is why they put all the female characters with low health (they always seemed to be mages as well...like Yuna)(then you have the complete opposite like Auron who has like a TON of HP).
