Good Smile Company released this picture a while ago of a prototype of a Crono figure! We haven't had a Crono figure in ages, other than the DS ones and that little keychain from the 90's. (Let alone one of this quality) However... I looked more into it, and looks like it was created by a GSC employee in their off-time, and there aren't any plans to commercialize it.
