Interview with Chrono Trigger: Resurrection Director
« on: October 02, 2005, 11:39:38 pm »
Greetings, everyone. Two days ago, Will Trip, a journalism graduate student, conducted an interview with Zeenbor, former head honcho of the Chrono Trigger: Resurrection project which received a cease & desist letter. I've been graciously allowed to host it on the Compendium for all to see. In the article, Zeenbor talks about the forces that coalesced to form the effort, and its evolution from humble beginnings as a Nintendo 64 engine. He also comments on how he feels about Square Enix and the dreaded letter. Don't miss this, as it offers new behind-the-scenes insight! And thanks to Zeenbor for the mirror.

The links are still being fixed around the site. In addition, Chrono Symphonic is now back on track for a mid-October release. Let's thank the team for holding up to ensure the best quality possible!

Thanks, interesting read. The part about the Square-Enix employees at e3 sounds promising.

They just trusted too much on SE.
If they really wanted to continue that project to the public, they could just host it somewhere in Sweden. As you can see on (http://static.thepiratebay.org/dreamworks_response.txt), copyright laws do not apply in that country.
Just a thought.
