First of all, hi everyone, my first post here.

Anyway my point is that, when the stoneface says that a modern human brain is 3 times bigger than the original brain, I believe it was comparing the brain size of the "corrupted" modern human with the brain size of either the Australopithecus, OR the Homo habilis, OR some other early human species. It couldn't have been referring to a more evolved species like the Homo erectus, because erectus already has a brain size of 1,000 cm3... too big to be 3 times smaller than the 1,600.
While your post is perfectly argued, I don't understand what you mean by "corrupted modern human".

Welcome to the Compendium! By corrupted humans, I mean humans after they came in contact with the Frozen Flame. They became more intelligent but are corrupted (not in tune with the planet) according to the Dragon God.

But as we can all agree, the Dragon Gods are full of crap, since they're way more corrupted than humans ever were, being directly connected to the Time Devourer. :D

This is all simply Chrono Propaganda.
It's not just the Dragon God, the Dragonians wrote the same thing on Fort Dragonia's walls.
And nothing implies that the Dragon God itself is corrupt. Actually, it was saved if at any least by being split up. They have their own personalities, are each element, and feel the planet. They remember the fact that they were sealed, they may not realise that their actual soul is inside the TD but either way, the Dragon God recombining and merging with Harle probably put them up somewhere really high, and for that reason they were called the Tiem Devourer because they were coming close to becoming another TD, after all, they did want to destroy the humans.

And their views are right. Had Lavos not landed and saved the humans in 65,000,000BC, the reptites would have flurished. But besides that, Lavos is killing the world, and hence what he nurtered must be as bad as him.

Really its kind of nitpicky saying Ayla "looked" like the other humans. It was drawing. Representations of the Characters. I mean did they really think at that point to draw in an altered skull for Ayla and Leah? I mean with Leah maybe it would have seemed good, but then maybe not. I mean they don't want to make the Characters look bizarre and they already established Ayla's primitive human look.

Maybe there was a further dimension where Lavos didn't land but humanity flourished anyway. The possibilities are limitless. Of course things would be different. But there's no telling whether or not these other humans would have discovered any forms of magic, been close to the planet, or anything else. Its possible of course. THings like the sunstone and rainbow shell still existed. Its possible they did or could have. Its possible they didn't or couldn't have.

Maybe by humanity's developing intelligence, they could have discovered the Elemental Nature of the universe and found a way to harvest it. The development would have been slower of course. The only real opposition is the Reptites.

Yea, but their personalities were corrupted, and when they merged, they were corrupted by the Time Devourer as it's Doppelganger. The Dragon Gods are full of shit because, according to one quote (I think from the Turnip guy) "The Earth....she's...crying. She just wants everyone to get along and be happy. She wants all her children to flourish. Each and every one."

So yea, While they might be right about Lavos's history changing the planet and shit, but I think that when they're "Talking to the planet" They're unwittingly tapping into their more innate source: The Time Devourer, which fills them with lies to get them to do what it wants.
