Gaia's Navel and the Sea of Eden were there originally, as well as the reef around the area.

Gaia's Navel, the Sea of Eden and Sky Dragon Isle were there some times after the Time Crash/Polis War. That's all we know.

Aside from the Sky Dragon Isle, I still fail to see as to why this is possibly a question.

The islands in the Sea of Eden are man-made, and Gaea's Navel might not have been there before the Time Crash.

...yeah, I know. So you're suggesting it's possible the entire El Nido sea wasn't there in any shape or form, including the surrouding reef, Gaia's Navel, and the Sea of Eden (which is only defined, in this case, as a part of the sea sectioned off by more reef), until after the Time Crash? Well...ok. Sure, I guess it's possible...but are there any theories out there to support this idea? It seems more likely to me that this would've existed beforehand, but...I suppose a new theory wouldn't hurt.
