Do not know if these were typos, but here is what I found.
1)
It was founded after the Guru of Time came in to the future from the Ocean Palace Incident with the Time Research Lab.

Once the systems were up and running, Belthasar assessed his bearings in time, and learned that Schala had been bound to Lavos, forming the Time Devourer, and that the resulting being, once matured, would consume all space-time.
From what I remember, Belthasar already knew of this when he appeared in 2300 AD. So he would have had to have known to even start Chronopolis and FATE.

Probably with the help of FATE, Belthasar drew up an elaborate plan to create a device known as the Chrono Cross that could free Schala from the parasitic creature. He decided to use Chronopolis as a magnificent instrument to this end; the institution would travel back through time, create and populate islands, and indirectly allocate the necessary factors needed to create the Chrono Cross.
Well, personally, I don't think FATE did help Belthasar, since FATE would know, and wouldn't like the idea of being manipulated. Though, it's different if the Promethius Circuit kicked in. But still, Belthasar was supposed to have drawn up the plans by himself with his omniscient powers.
Also, if Belthasar wanted Chronopolis to go back in time, doesn't that mean that he knew that Lavos was going to pull it back?

It also employed a defense system allowing it to be submered under a huge, triangular column of water.
I thought Chronopolis was ontop of the pillar, so no one could reach it. Then, when the 3 Fate's were defeated, the pillar submerged, and left Chronopolis on the sea level.

Chronopolis reassumed its normal state of operations until 1020 A.D., when Kid traveled back through time to save Serge, effectively splitting the dimensions.
Well, I don't really think that is right Oo. Since the lock wasn't taken off, Chronopolis desperately tried other means. That attempt saw Lucca being killed in the process, which made Kid vengeful. Only thing we know is that in Home World, Lynx did not decide to kill Lucca since they already tried and there would be no way to cross dimensions.

Chronopolis never existed in Home World, replaced by this vision of destruction. The Frozen Flame of Home World was duplicated and survived, however; to protect it, FATE somehow released and dispatched Miguel across the dimensions.
Well... The Tower of Geddon's date says (2400AD). Everything was ruined in 2300AD... So it cant just be the old timeline or the future... Also, from what I remember, the Dead Sea appeared ontop of Chronopolis, and fused with it. That way, the Flame also survived. As for Miguel, I'm not sure. It was either the Concept book or Ultimania that I remember reading that Miguel was taken out in Another World, but when the dimensins split, FATE had to bind Home World's Miguel to the Dead Sea so he wouldn't escape etc, effectively using him as a watchman.

Well, they merged first. It was Harle who took the flame and went off with them and.. you know, got merged :'(
