I've only played Chrono Trigger,but I'd definitely have to say Magus 8)

Actually Burning Zeppelin was the hardest boss after the Lavos drill bit battle in which he throws you into a time gate into BZ's house.

I can't believe he could summon a ZeaLity to rain destruction from the heavens!

I would have to say Lynx and the Black Dragon from chrono cross. Lynx because he very dark and a mystical  (and becuase he's serge's father), and the blck Drgn becuase he says evil comments that are cool.
