Have you already forgotten the title of this thread?

Oh yeah, my brother, full of rage at our dying NES decided to stick it in the microwave...I think it was more to see what would happen because we found that sticking it in the fridge led to positive results and I think he wanted to see the opposite's effects...Of course, it just fried the damn thing...but all's well that ends well because we got a SNES the following Christmas...

You can use a commercial microwave to cast Aluminum.

I want to see some sort of documentation on that. Not because I don't believe you. Because if it's true, that's too excellent not to investigate.

I couldn't find the article I read, but this is an example:

How about all the cool stuff they've put in microwaves on Brainiac?

I was just about to get there. It's a great show, as one forumite on G4 Forums put it:

I'm a huge fan of Braniac, soley to see the Braniac Babes blow stuff up on the Big Bang Farm. I have a fetish for Pyrogirls. I just want to know if the babes are real pyrotechnicians and if they are actually detonating the explosives with the plunger box or if someone else is detonating the explosives in the background?
However, it was quickly opposed:

The Braniac Babes are NOT hot! repeat: Not Hot! Kinda chubby, dressed in bad 90's bondage style clothes is not hot! However, scantly clad girls in fast motion, a la Benny Hill, is hillarious! I laugh my ass off every time I see them.
