Keep Battle 1 and Boss Battle 1 for now; they're used too much. A Strange Happening is also good for bad events, and Confusing Melody will be used later. Zeal Palace is definitely, totally in, and Last Battle might be used, as you said. If you're going to replace First Festival of Stars, replace Crono ~ Marle (Far Off Promise) instead of that one, since it has less music but is still the same theme.
