who brought Kid the hydra Humour?

I was just playing through this part of the game again, and chose not to save Kid.  Later, she recovers because someone else brought the Hydra Humour, and I was wondering...are the makers of the game implying that it was possibly Chrono that brought the Hydra Humour, since he and his crew are time travellers and they knew what the outcome was if Kid died?  It just says that someone from the mainland came and "happened to have some on him"

I think a more important question is since Hydra Humour is so rare, why would Norris happen to have one on him, and also just happen to go to Guldove, where a patient just so happened to need it?

Besides, the common answer of "FATE dictated it", why would he happen to have it, and be willing to part with it?

FATE wouldn't have dictated this. Her and Lynx's only concern is Serge, not Kid.

As for the Hydra Humour, Doc does say that it is rare, but not that it's impossible to find some. He says that Hydras are extinct in El Nido but implies that some may still exist in Zenan, even though they can't go there. Porre is a rich and imperialist nation, it probably has lots of resources, including stocks of Hydra Humour. Norris knows Kid needed some because he was a spy in Viper's Manor (he was the cook Orcha's assistant). After the party's raid in the Manor, the news about the incident quickly spread to his ears. He helped her either because he's a nice guy or because she could weaken Acacia and thus allow Porre to conquer El Nido more easily.

this not may be right. correct me if i'm wrong but isn't possible for Tomba the explorer might of gave it to her. I mean he was there  in the swamp place at the same time right.

It's outright proven in an ending that Norris gives it to her.
