Chronology 2.0 Released

I've significantly revised the entire chronology to reflect new changes and findings in analysis, as well as the fact that Chronopolis was pulled back to 12000 B.C., not 7600 B.C. I've also added the new chronology to all the relevant encyclopedia pages so that everything is up to date. A number of small changes may still come as we wrap up our current analysis topic review.
