Pre-realease/Demo/Promo Value

So I was just wondering what is the average value of a CT promo that is mint condition but does not have the manual
or the box with it?Would 200-250 be a reasonable price?What is the most you would/have pay(ed) or seen one go for?
Sorry if these were stupid questions, any help,experiences,and comments are greatly appreciated.

I only paid around $25 + shipping for mine, complete and mint (I also got the Seiken Densetsu 3 and Romancing Saga 3 samples for about the same price), but that was years and years ago when these kinds of carts didn't attract as much attention.

These days on average you can expect to pay about $50 on YHJ for a cart only, and $100-$150 for a complete copy.  I have seen them go as high as the $250 range in bidding wars.
