I can't seem to get the ending where kid stabs serge. I've tried just about every combination of choices, to no avail, though I got the other two. Can someone please help me?

It's simple: Don't make a choice.
When Kid steals Serge's knife and attacks him with it, don't make a choice and just let it time out.

Thanks, but I cant even get her to steal my knife. I withdraw it and it seems every choice I make after that either leads me to kiss her or kill her. Very frustrating...
