Better explain:

Quote
Temporal Flux is a spectacular editor that can work with dialogue, locations, and overworlds, and in the future will be the vehicle for editing everything in the game. Get the latest version here (http://geigercount.net/crypt).

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is required for Temporal Flux to run. The .NET Framework can be obtained through Windows Update. After installation, return to Windows Update to download any available .NET patches.

A downloadable version, Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable, is available on Microsoft's .NET download page. If possible, use Windows Update instead as it will take into account your Windows version and language.

A file with .Flux extension is not the editor, only a data file for it.

Here is the direct link to the download the latest version of Temporal Flux:

http://geigercount.net/crypt/tf255.7z

After downloading, extract (unzip) the file with 7-zip:

http://www.7-zip.org/

Run "Temporal Flux.exe" to start the program.

The program should start if you have the .NET Framework 2.0 installed correctly.

If you really are using a beta of the .NET Framework 2.0, try updating to 3.0

Go to Windows Update, on the left select "Software, Optional" and it should list .Net Framework 3.0

Once it is installed, running Temporal Flux.exe should now work.
