Regarding redundancy in the analysis section
« on: February 15, 2008, 02:25:47 am »
We have something like

http://www.chronocompendium.com/Term/Fall_of_Guardia_%28Details_of%29.html

And then,

http://www.chronocompendium.com/Term/Fates_of_the_Chrono_Trigger_Team.html#Crono_and_Marle

Same sections, verbatim, but in two different places because the basic theory can be united with other material in an article. I'm leaning towards deleting the individual theory pages for instances like these, as changing theory means editing the article and base entry.

Still, I always have some kind of fear or guilt when I delete stuff, so if anyone has an objection or reason not to do this, now is the time to pose it.

How about deleting "Fall of Guardia" and have all page to it redirect towards the Fates of Chrono Trigger. So ja deletions fine I think.

thats a good idea.  because i may try to hunt down, lets say, 'the fall of guardia' and not actually think to look in 'fates of the characters'.  by linking 'the fall of guardia' i still find the TOPIC and find it linked to 'fates of the characters', where i can get the actual CONTENT.
