Then I came here searching for the full manga, but I didn't find it (just this one, which I already read)

If anyone knows where to find it, please let me know.

One of the comments on the page you linked to mentions where it came from. It's "W", one of the doujinshi that CuteLucca scanned and put on her site. Her site is gone now and the scans for that particular doujinshi aren't currently on this site, so I guess you should either use the Wayback machine or look at pandor's scans.
