i just started a new game on continue+ after i beat it, im on my third playthrough now (if it means anything) and Serge's attack are SO innaccurate! it says: Darkness, Dizzy, and Afraid. im guessing those r the status effects, and how i got them i dont remember, i just wanna get rid of it, help!

It sounds to me like you're wearing the Ozzie Pants Accessory, which happens to cause the very same status effects you mentioned.
Unequip it.
